PUTRAJAYA: A Buy Malaysian goods campaign will be launched on Jan 16 by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry to boost domestic economic growth.

KLANG: Restaurateurs have begun to reduce food prices of local favourites like the roti canai, teh tarik, fruit juices and fried chicken to lure customers.
The customers will now pay between 10 and 50 sen less for the items in most Indian restaurants.

PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) has introduced a calender feature on its website which allows customers to view the lowest fare available over a week.
The calender shows fares within the range of three days before and three days from the customer’s preferred date of travel.
MAS network revenue senior general manager Dr Amin Khan said in a statement that the feature allowed customers to find the best offers in the shortest possible time.

PETALING JAYA: Ten banks have reduced their fixed deposit (FD) rates following Bank Negara’s recent cut in the key interest rate.
